Function

The visualisation and input panels RM-VISIO 32-2 / ... 32-3 and RM-VISIO 80 from the CompactLine Series are designed for panel mounting, external visualisation and parameterisation of the RECOMATIC controllers and I/O modules.

All operating modes and control functions of the connected controllers and I/O modules can be visualised and parameterised on the RM-VISIO panels. Visualisation takes place via a backlit text display with 32 / 80 characters. Additionally, the states ON / SERVICE / ALARM are indicated by LEDs. The parameterisation of the connected devices takes place via the membrane keyboard with 2 or 3 button menu control. One I/0 button is provided with the RM-VISIO 32-2 and RM-VISIO 80 panels to switch the control functions ON or OFF.

For customer-specific applications, software modules can be easily added, modified or expanded through the in-system function of the connected controllers and I/O modules. Customer-specific membranes and key assignments can also be realised.

Types

The RM-VISIO is designed as front panel for panel installation. For wall-mounting, the front panel can also be integrated into the box cover or the rear wall of the box of the RECO NormLine boxes. The RM-VISIO 32 is equipped with a 2x16 character text display and is available in two different versions. Version RM-VISIO 32-2 with 2-button menu control is intended for the devices of the BasicLine series. Version RM-VISIO 32-3 with 3-button menu control is suitable for the devices of the EasyLine series. The RM-VISIO 80 is equipped with a 4x20 character text display and 3-button menu control.

The PCB with the display and the membrane keyboard are separated through the polycarbonate front panel thereby meeting the acceptance criteria for EX zones according to ATEX Dust Ex Zone 22.
