In the sector of process-filtration, the continuous emission control is already a technical standard and due to more strict regulations increasingly stipulated for conventional filter. The DIN EN 12779 commits the operator in some branches to the control of dust emissions. Those market developments require a cost-saving and efficient monitoring and control system for filter systems.
The two market leader, Dr. Födisch AG in the sector of triboelectric probes and technics for analysis and RECO Gesellschaft für Industriefilter-Regelung mbH in the sector of filter controller and control systems, have developed a monitoring and control system specially coordinated for this market segment.
The Dr. Födisch dust probes of the model series PFM 02 and the RECO MATIC control systems ProfiLine and CompactLine meet all demands, from the measuring of emission to the complex system control with fault analysis and localisation of dust punctures. All components can be embedded via the R-IMC-Bus and thereby form a complex monitoring and control system for filter systems of any size.
The networking via the R-IMC-Bus allows an efficient and decentral installation of the control modules. With the RECO ProfiLine controller and I/O-modules, parts of the unit and the complete unit can be realised with PROFI-BUS as well. Because of the same physical interface of R-IMC-Bus and PROFI-BUS, the field devices can also be equipped with the lower-cost RIMC- Bus and the connection to a PLC- or process control system with only one RECO ProfiLine controller or I/O-module via PROFI-BUS.
Extensive software-modules offer individual possibilities for the control systems, troubleshooting and shut-off of valve-lines so that the filter need not be shut down directly in case of dust emission.
